Brands Hatch British Truck Racing: Spectator Information

Friday, June 04 2021

We're looking forward to welcoming fans to the British Truck Racing at Brands Hatch this weekend (5/6 June). Here is some important information, which will help you make the most of your trip to the circuit.

Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 8.00am on both Saturday and Sunday. Please have your tickets ready upon arrival.

Parking Information
Parking is free of charge in the main spectator car parks, located by the main entrance off the A20. These will be well signposted.

Please note that Southbank parking (for the grass bank opposite the rear of the pits) is £5 per car on Saturday and Sunday. Places will be allotted on a first come, first served basis.

Blue badge holders should follow public signage for disabled parking, or alternatively please speak to a member of staff on arrival.

Camping - not available
Please note that there is no public camping available at this event.

All advance sales have now closed. A limited number of Saturday and Sunday tickets will be available on the gate.

If you have chosen to have tickets posted (not print-at-home) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the main MSV office at Brands Hatch Circuit, Fawkham, Longfield, Kent, DA3 8NG.

Print-at-home/e-tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, you can access them by logging on to your MSV account. Please note your order confirmation email alone will not gain you admission to the venue.

Grandstand seats
A limited number of grandstand seats will be available in the Pit Straight grandstand on Sunday and Paddock Hill Bend on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are available from the Megastore opposite the Kentagon restaurant, subject to availability. These are available from £10 per person.

Official event programmes are on sale from the main entrance gates and the Megastore for £5. Each programme contains features, details about this weekend's event, plus entry lists and other useful information.

Children's Wristbands
You're able to pick up one of our free children's wristbands from the programme sales huts or the Megastore. Write your name and phone number on the back of the wristband so we can contact you should you become separated from your child at any time.

Radio Brands 87.7FM
Radio Brands will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews and spectator information throughout the weekend. Earpiece radios will be on sale from the Megastore.

Here to help
Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.

COVID-19 and how we are keeping visitors safe
This weekend's event is open to spectators in line with UK Government guidance. Attendance numbers have been limited in line with that guidance, to allow visitors to socially distance easily. Click here to download a summary of the measures we'll have in place to keep everyone safe.

Spectators will not have access to any working areas of the venue this weekend, including the paddock. Please click here to view a map of the venue which outlines the areas currently restricted to visitors.
