Spectator information for this weekend's Blancpain GT

We hope you're looking forward to the opening rounds of the Blancpain GT World Challenge Europe at Brands Hatch this weekend. To help you make the most of your trip to the circuit, here is some useful information about this event.

Gate opening times 
Public admission to the circuit is from 8.00am on both days.

Parking is free of charge in the main public car parks.

Southbank (the grass bank opposite the rear of the pits) and infield (the area behind Druids hairpin) is available for car parking (not bikes) for £5 per car on Saturday and Sunday. Click here to download a pass. This is available on a first come, first served basis.


Tickets are £29 on the gate with free entry for under-13s. For more information, please call  0843 453 9000 or  click here. 

If you have chosen to have tickets posted (not print-at-home) you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the main MSV office at Brands Hatch.

Print-at-home tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, please login to your account and they can be accessed there. Print all your e-documents and bring them to the venue. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue - you must have your e-tickets printed.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Grandstand seats 
Grandstand seating is available in Paddock Hill Bend grandstand on Saturday for £5 or £3 for under-16s and on Sunday for £10 or £5 for under-16s. 

Official event programmes are on sale from the main entrance gates, Chapman's Kiosk and the Megastore for £5. Each programme features background information about the Blancpain GT World Challenge Europe alongside entry lists and the racing timetable. 

Weekend Camping 
The campsite will open at midday on Friday 3 May and will close at midday on Monday 6 May. Camping tickets can be purchased on the gate for £30 per person, or £18 for 13-15 year-olds, with free camping for children aged under 13.

Pit Walkabout 
There is a free of charge pitlane walkabout and autograph session at 9:05 on Sunday morning. Last entry will be at 9:25 so make sure you arrive at the entry point at Paddock Hill in good time.

Big Screen 
A big TV screen will be located on Southbank facing the Paddock Hill grandstand on Sunday only.

Weekend entertainment
A selection of truly stunning hypercars and supercars will be displayed at Brands Hatch this weekend as part of this weekend's celebration of pure performance. These stunning cars will be displayed along Colin Chapman Way on Sunday, before they take to the circuit for some on-track demo action at 14:00.

The list of star cars appearing this weekend includes three generations of the iconic Ford GT, from the original GT40 to the very latest stunner. Other interesting cars appearing include the Pafani Huarya, Lexus LFA, and Lamborghini Aventador. Keep an eye out too for the unusual Jankel Tempest!

More supercars
The racing supercars of the Blancpain GT World Challenge Europe will be complemented by a wide range of special roadgoing machines this weekend. The selection will range from iconic Ferraris and Porsches, to lightweight Lotuses, with lots of other classics and cult favourites too.

Brands Hatch Fun Zone
The Brands Hatch Fun Zone will be open this weekend with an assortment of exciting fairground rides. Individual charges apply. 

Kids can get behind the wheel of a miniature JCB with Diggerland this weekend. Individual charges apply. 

Adventure Playground
Check out the Brands Hatch adventure playground near the Kentagon restaurant, which features a motorsport theme and has equipment for children of all ages from toddler to 14.There are climbing frames, swings and much more!

Go Karting
You can also test your mettle with go-karting on a mini version of the Brands Hatch Indy circuit on Sunday, located opposite the Megastore. Karting is available for all those aged 8+ and costs £15 for ten minutes, payable at the karting circuit.

Children's Wristbands
As the event will be very busy, please pick up one of our FREE children's wristbands from the programme huts or the Megastore. Write your name and phone number on the wristband so we can contact you should your little one get lost.

Free WiFi 
Free WiFi can be accessed from the pit garages, spectator grandstands, and the Kentagon and Hailwoods restaurants. To access the facility, provided free-of-charge via the Purple WiFi portal, simply select MSV-HOTSPOT-WIFI from your smartphone, tablet or PC and log in using your Facebook or email address details.

Radio Brands 87.7FM 
Radio Brands will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews and spectator information throughout the weekend. Earpiece radios will be on sale from the Megastore for £7.

The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.
