Deutsche Fest at Brands Hatch - Useful spectator information

If you are visiting Deutsche Fest this weekend (16-17 June), we hope you are looking forward to visiting Brands Hatch. To help you make the most of your visit, here is some useful information about your upcoming trip to the circuit.

Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 9am on both days.

Ticket Prices
Tickets are available to buy on the day. Saturday features track time sessions, heritage display and evening entertainment, whilst Sunday features racing, demos and car displays.

Saturday Adult Admission £10

Sunday Adult Admission £20

Camping (excluding venue admission) £25

Children under 13 are Free, with discounts available for teens (13-15) and senior citizens aged 65+

Southbank (inside the venue opposite the rear of the pits) is available on Sunday only for car parking for £5 per car. Click here for more details and to download a pass. All other main car parks are free of charge.

Advance ticket holders who elected to receive tickets by post (not print at home) will need to bring their original tickets to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to:

Print-at-home tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, please contact the call centre on 0343 453 9000. Print all your e-documents and bring them to the venue. Your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue - you must have your e-tickets printed.

Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

The campsite will open on Saturday 16 June at 8am and will close at midday on Monday 18 June. Camping tickets are available on the gate for £25 per person (£15 to 13-15 year-olds), and is free for under-13s.

Grandstand seats
Grandstand seating for Sunday is available in the Paddock Hill grandstand for £5 and are available from the Megastore opposite the Kentagon restaurant.

Official souvenir programmes are available from vendors across the venue and the Megastore for £5. Each programme features in-depth articles on the event along with entry lists and information on the racing timetable.

Grid Walk
There will be a free-of-charge grid walk on Sunday at 13.05, ahead of the Volkswagen Racing Cup race, which starts at 14.15.

Public track sessions
Places are still available on Saturday's track sessions, enabling you to take your car out onto the Indy Circuit for three sessions priced at £99 or individual 20 minute taster sessions for £35, with almost any car welcome. Please enquire at the Hailwoods restaurant on Saturday if you wish to participate.

Pit Walk
There is a free of charge pit walk at 9.10 on Sunday. Anyone intending to take part will need to arrive at the queuing point next to Paddock Hill grandstand.

Off-track entertainment
As well as the racing action on Sunday, there's a whole load more to look forward to throughout the weekend, including:

Heritage Takeover display on Saturday, featuring a wide range of vehicles from Volkswagen and Porsche

Oktoberfest-style beer tent on Saturday night next to the Kentagon restaurant featuring authentic German beer, Oomph band and beermaids

Horsepower Challenge for German vehicle owners to test their power output on a rolling road on Sunday. On Saturday you can pay to test your vehicle

Stunt show courtesy of Team Maximum Lock, including drifting and synchronised precision driving in the Live Action Arena. Also in the Live Action Arena are Flat Out Factory who will be running drift experiences

F1 demos featuring a Footwork and Osella, plus appearances from modern F3000 and World Series by Renault cars. 

Go Karting on the Brands Hatch Go Kart track opposite the Megastore at Paddock Hill Bend

Bavarian Biergärten with live music from a selection of bands, great food and beer! 

Kids entertainment courtesy of bouncy castles and Diggerland mini diggers! 

ValetPRO Das Auto Awards with silverware and ValetPRO prizes up for grabs for the top 10 and overall Das Auto  Car of the Show, which you can vote on!

The Kentagon restaurant will be screening the German v Mexico World Cup match on Sunday at 4pm
