BIGGEST-EVER US NASCAR LINE-UP ON TRACK AT SPEEDFEST 7

Thursday, May 16 2019

If you love US NASCAR racing, you won't want to miss American SpeedFest 7 on 1-2 June when we'll have our biggest-ever line-up of these legendary beasts on display and on track at Brands Hatch.

SpeedFest is the country's biggest celebration of US racing and Americana, featuring the only UK round of the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series starring ex-F1 champion Jacques Villeneuve plus US-themed live music, food and more!

As well as the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series racing, visitors will be able to soak up the sight - and sound - of some incredible genuine US-raced NASCARS including the awesome number nine car emblazoned with the Cartoon Network livery that ran in the 2006 season with Robby Gordon at the wheel.

Gordon scored a runner-up spot at Watkins Glen in the car, going door-to-door with eventual winner Kurt Busch during a nail-biting final lap. The car ran in the striking purple and yellow Menards colours in 2006 but has since undergone a transformation under its new owner, who thought the Cartoon Network wrap "looked ace". We couldn't agree more!

Visitors will also witness the 2008 DEI Chevrolet Impala owned by Dale Earnhardt Inc, raced in its current blazing orange and yellow paint scheme at the Pennsylvania 400 at Pocono. It was driven by Mark Martin, renown as the greatest driver never to win a championship! The car started in the second row and finished 10th overall.

The cars will be on show throughout the weekend and will also take to the track for demo laps on both Saturday and Sunday, so join us for a truly incredible weekend of US racing and culture in the national amphitheatre of the world-famous Brands Hatch circuit. It's an event not to be missed!

Advance adult weekend tickets for American SpeedFest 7 are £33, with discounted rates for teenagers aged 13-15, and free entry for children aged under 13. Click here for more details and to book.
