American SpeedFest IV comes to Brands Hatch this weekend (11/12 June), and whether you've purchased in advance, or you're planning or pay on the gate, we hope you're looking forward to visiting the circuit. To help you make the most of your trip, here is some helpful information about this event.

Gate opening times 
Public admission to the circuit is from 8am Saturday and 9am on Sunday. If you are an American car owner and part of our display, please arrive at 7.30am on Sunday.

Follow highway signage to be directed to our public car parks (which are all free of charge, with the exception of Southbank).

Southbank Parking 
Southbank (inside the venue opposite the rear of the pits) is available for car parking for £5 per car Saturday and £5 per car Sunday. Click here for more details and to download a pass.

Advance purchasers will need to bring their original tickets to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the venue office. Please have your tickets separated before arriving at the gate.

Grandstand seats 
Limited grandstand seating is available in the Hailwoods grandstand for £10 (£5 for under-13s) and the Desire Wilson grandstand for £8 (£4 for children). These can be purchased from the Megastore opposite the Kentagon restaurant.  

Viewing upgrades 
A handful of SuperView upgrades are available on race day. Watch all the action in style from a weather-proof shared Brabham/Stewart suite that overlooks the start/finish straight! Live timing screens and tea, coffee and biscuits all day are included.

These are available for just £39 from the Megastore, under-16 admission costing just £15.

Souvenir Programmes 
Official souvenir programmes are available from vendors across the venue and the Megastore for £5. Each programme features in-depth articles on the event along with entry lists and information on the racing timetable.

Weekend Camping 
The campsite will open at midday on Friday 10 June and will close at midday on Monday 13 June (campers may stay onsite after this time but remain by their own volition). If you aren't already in posession of a camping ticket, you can upgrade on arrival for £27 per adult. Under 13s camp free.

Pit and Grid Walks 
There is a free-of-charge grid walk on Saturday lunchtime from 12:25 ahead of the opening NASCAR race of the weekend. There will be a pit-lane walkabout and autograph session at 9:20 on Sunday morning - last entry will be at 9:35 so make sure you arrive at the entry point at the Paddock Hill gate in good time.

Sunday's grid walk is only available to existing wristband holders.

Off-track entertainment 
SpeedFest IV features a bumper line-up off-track entertainment, ranging from stunning display cars to free fun for children!

Headline attractions include Lightning McQueen, Mater, and Finn McMissile from Disney/Pixar's Cars films (Saturday and Sunday), taking pride-of-place on an extensive Hollywood car display, alongside cars from the Transformers movies, and many more (Sunday only).

The venue will be filled with hundreds of American display cars, with all of the USA's most famous brands represented, including Ford, Pontiac, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick, Dodge, and so many others. The displays will also include a Hot Rod and Custom display area, with retro custom cars.

There's plenty more to see, including the Demon Drome Wall of Death, monster truck shows and rides, children's entertainment, and more!

On-track action 
Racing is headlined by the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series - Europe's only official NASCAR Championship. There will be four races across the weekend, including a headline event with a pre-race ceremony on Sunday afternoon. 

Other race action includes historic muscle car and single-seater races, whilst special NASCARs and vintage stock cars will take to the track for special on-track demonstrations.

SpeedFest Thrill Rides 
YoungDrive! Taster Sessions 
YoungDrive! allows 11-17-year-olds to get behind the wheel early in a MINI One. These can be booked for £29 on the day. Visit the Megastore for more information, and registration is in Hailwoods restaurant. 

Toyota GT86 Rally Rides 
You can go for an exhilarating high-speed rally ride on a purpose-built mixed surface rally stage in a Toyota GT86 Rally Car for just £29, payable on the day in Hailwoods.

Flatout Factory Drift Taxis 
You can book a Drift Taxi ride in the lower paddock on the day for a small fee - registration is in Hailwoods restaurant.

Live Music 
The live music element of American SpeedFest will be bigger and better than ever before at Brands Hatch on with live music on two stages across the weekend. Click here to view the full music line-up.

Victory Lane Stage (Sunday only) 
Victory lane will be a hive of activity on Sunday with headline music from The Mariachis, the Memories of New Orleans Marching Band, and the Gimi Hendrix Experience.

Airstream Stage (Saturday and Sunday)
There will be plenty of music on the Airstream stage across both days too, thanks to the nostalgic all singing, all dancing, Belladonna Brigade, and the Boogie Doctors. They will be joined on Sunday by the Johnny Cash-inspired quartet, the Chiltern Hillbillies.

The Mustash Country Band will be on hand to entertain revellers in the circuit's Kentagon restaurant on the Saturday night, followed by a disco. There will also be a BBQ.

Radio SpeedFest 87.7FM 
Radio SpeedFest will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews and spectator information throughout the weekend. Earpiece radios will be on sale from the Megastore for £5.
