Spectator information - MCE BSB 'Big Brands Bash'

Whether you've already purchased your tickets for the 'Big Brands Bash' round of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship this weekend (17-19 July), or you're thinking about coming along on the day, here's everything you need to know to make the most of your visit to Brands Hatch.

All advance sales have now closed and additional tickets are only available on the gate for the following prices: 

Friday: Adult £10 
Saturday: Adult £14 
Sunday: Adult £32

Children aged under 13: Free on all days

Advance ticket holders will need to bring their original tickets to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the venue office. If you have advance tickets, please have them separated before arriving at the gate.

Gate opening times 
The gate opening times this weekend are as follows: 

Friday - 8:30am
Saturday - 8:00am 
Sunday - 7:00am

Southbank Parking 
Southbank is available for car parking (not bikes) on the following days (subject to weather conditions): 

Friday - CLOSED 
Saturday - £2 
Sunday - £5

If you intend to park on Southbank you will need to click here and download a pass.

Please display the pass in your windscreen to ensure that you are directed to the correct entrance when you arrive at the circuit.

Grandstand seats 
Limited grandstand seating is available to purchase from the Megastore opposite the Kentagon restaurant on Saturday and Sunday.

Pit walk 
There is a pit walk on qualifying day (Saturday) at 13:40 and on main raceday (Sunday) at 11:20. Anyone intending to take part will need to arrive at the queuing point next to Paddock Hill grandstand a minimum of 15 minutes early. Please note: There will be no admittance to the pit walk after 13:47 on Saturday and 11:27 on Sunday.

Weekend Camping 
Camping will be available to purchase at the gate for £27 per person. Children aged under 13 camp free. The campsite opens at midday Thursday before the event and will close at 2100 on Sunday, after which time no facilities are available. Campers will be required to vacate the campsite by 12:00 Monday.

Live music 
The weekend also features live music on the campsite on Saturday evening, free-of-charge to all valid MCE BSB ticket holders, headlined by the world's premier Foo Fighter tribute band, UK Foo Fighters.

Helmet and Leather park 
For fans riding to the event there will be a helmet and leather park located adjacent to the main entrance gate.

The Kentagon will be open on Friday evening, when you can dance the night away with live music and an outdoor BBQ. On Saturday night dance the night away with a Kentagon disco from 8pm. Then on main raceday (Sunday) the Kentagon will be open from 7am until late to finish off the weekend in style.

Go Karting 
You can also test your mettle with go-karting on a mini version of the Brands Hatch Indy circuit, located behind the Kentagon. Karting is available for all those aged 8+ and costs £10 for ten minutes, payable at the karting circuit.

Event programmes are available for just £5 from the dedicated programme booths or from the Megastore. Each programme includes rider profiles and a selection of in-depth articles on all championships competing this weekend.

Big screen 
You won't miss any of the action thanks to the two big screen located on Southbank plus a further screen opposite Hailwoods stand.

Bike security 
Lock your bike and set the alarm and immobiliser if it has one and consider having your bike security-marked to deter thieves and make it easier to identify and return if it is stolen

Travelling from Wrotham direction
If you are travelling to Brands Hatch this weekend from the M20 direction please be aware that there is a Sunday boot fair at the top Wrotham Hill so expect extra traffic on approach to the venue.
